Finally, taking Cingular to task
I've experienced all of the symptoms - the latest being my phone going into emergency mode all by itself while I was golfing. The 911 operator scolded me...
I tried to get a new phone. Simple, I thought. My plan won't work on their network, they say (wait, aren't I doing that now?). I'll have better service (weren't we AT&T customers promised the same service?). And by the way, the plan they're trying to sell me is way worse than the one I have; fewer minutes, less features.
I'm ready to give testimony - I have a LOT of email correspondence documented and it's just crazy to read the Cingular responses.
