Poor service from cingular
Every problem that was mention is true because i am a x att custmer with the plan of $99.00 dollar a month. I enjoyed that plan and cingular did want to honor the plan and not only that they said the plan was oblete and that they do not make phone for that plan anymore. Well, i have a co-worker with the same plan and he got his phone totally recrystalize at this company some where here in Houston, Tx and he still has his old plan with att. My plan expired June 26, 2006 and cingular did not do anything to compensate me for me to join there network. So, i went with nextel.
P.S. can someone tell me how to get in on the class action lawsuit as well. These people can not get away with this laxdical behavior.
