Raising the bar my ***
I am currently contract with them and as soon as it is up I am switching to someone else. I had had to go to a cheaper plan and all of a sudden I am experiencing dropped calls after being on the phone for only a few minutes. And then my voicemails aren't registering and my menu options on my phone are suddenly 'not available'. I have to turn my phone off for at least 5 minutes to get them to work again. It's ridiculous.

Maybe they should be sued. At least for false advertising. Have you seen those commercials where they say they have fewer dropped calls? What is that like in a five square foot area only inside a Cingular store? What independent company did that survey? An Imaginary one? Does their service get crappier with the cheaper plans? Are you considered less of a customer because you don't pay $150 bucks a month for service?
