That is pretty lame.......
However, they figure that is the best way to get the most $$$ for
thier bandwidth dollars.

The ISP I work for offers 768K during the day and 2.8Mb nights /
weekends, symmetrical.

I expect most WiMax users will see a max of 10Mb up/down
when all is said and done.

I think the 70Mb is back haul speeds.
