Not a bash, actually
but one of the things that has kept me from signing up:
If the service is excellent, why does eveyone have to call customer service? Shouldn't it work to the point where you wouldn't need to call them?

Seriously, I hear had bad they are from people on this forum and others, but the thought occured to me that in the last 14 years, I had to call (if memory serves me) service on my land line only once.
