Your misinformed

I am a vonage user. They sent me the stock info, ON THE IPO, it says the company is losing money. I think everyone has forgotten that. Any company that is losing money will not do well on the stock market(duh!).

Seriously, all this bashing is just childish. I can go with another service if i want(or have to), but i will not. There service is excellent, their customer care is good enough and their web tools are extremely useful. They have it together and thats what it takes for a company to survive.

The only downside to vonage i have found is that its not as user friendly for people who:
A. Dont have wiring closets in their house or ringed phone lines.
B. Dont know how to tie the router into their house phone lines.
C. Dont know what a router/firewall is.

I like the fact that they give people the firewall, this helps the people who dont buy one when they get broadband. I always tell people who get broadband to buy some sort of hardware firewall. Any that do, never come to me with issues, those who dont, always seem to have issues. Yea i get the ocasional, my router is not working, but thats nothing a quick power cycle cant fix.
