if the writer didn't take quotes from the "haters", then the article would definitely be seen as just pro-google, and dismissed as mindless propaganda...
as well, those were not "hating" views... they were cautious views... never were they anti-google, they just said the truth about potential issues, and made it clear that there were some things to be aware of.
