indoor coverage - 90% in SF
SF asked for 90% indoor coverage -

Earthlink/Google are going to have a challenge to meet that - cause you can only use CPE to bring the signal in from outside if you window happens to be facing a transmitter sonewhere on the street - and typically you need to be below the 3rd floor.

Google made no indoor promises for Mountain View. Earthlink made no such promise in Philly. Yet think about it - when do you use your internet the most? Indoors.
