Same story with me. I'm a customer and was invited to participate in the IPO. My wife and I talked it over and decided to go ahead and get a meager 100 share. I signed up for the account and everything then kept reading and gathering info. I decided after a couple of days that the return would likely be minimal if any and canceled the purchase agreement prior to the IPO so I didn't loose anything. During the whole process, I was notified clearly of the risks. In fact, the notifications and agreements I had to sign were more like warnings than just agreements. Anyone who made it thru all the notices and wants to complain on it is just silly. That's what happens with an IPO. You take the risk. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't. Suck it up and move on. I really hope Vonage survives too. We've had their service for about a year or more and have loved it.
