They were lucky...
to actually get in on the IPO. Most small investors do not get in on the initial offering. Someone mentioned being able to sue the casino for their losses, how about the finanical planner, or the mutal fund company the under-performs.

I am sorry that those people have "lost" money, since until they sell, it is only a paper loss. Makes me wonder how much people put in. I read one account that an investor bought $22K based on the IPO price, plus fees, now those shares are worth $13K and Vonage wants the $22K. This is Investing 101, stocks go up, stock go down.
