I agree - customers who ignored the warnings are now whining

I'm also a customer, and chose not to invest. I saw several warnings (although I didn't get as far as you to see the five statements that the customer had to agree on).
The idea that Vonage or the underwriters crammed customers in is absurd. No one forced them to invest. And many, like me, chose not to invest in it.
This lawsuit should be thrown out. The problem for the investors here is that the lawsuit is going to chew up some of the raised capital in legal fees. Leaving even less for long-term survival of the company.
