Customer Disservice revisted
I concur wholeheartedly with the complaint about the acute lack of customer service. Compile that with the company's marketing model to "charge" for any, and every added feature, ( 9.99 for a softphone so I can call from my computer? PULLEZZE) and you will understand why we, as Vonage customers did NOT take advantage or their offer to buy into their IPO at the market price.
