Vonage future looks troubled

But what does that say about

Vonage as a company? If the underlying service/technology is sound and stable, customer service should not be an issue you would have to base your decision on, as you would really never have to use it.

My Verizon landline phone works everytime I pick it up, whether the power goes out or not, rain or shine. In the past 15 years, I've had to call them probally around 3 or 4 times (total) with an issue, and usually very minor one at that.
