That's odd
I agree with Cingular: I dropped them long agao as they had the worst service (I hear they still do) but for Verizon (both cellular and home service) I've had nothing but great service from their customer support people. Though on the flip side, I only had to call Verizon Wireless once in the past 5 years, and the home service maybe once a year for the past 15 years...
