i am screwed
i bought on the IPO as a customer but i must admit i love the service--- no problems,, it works all the time, and it is savin gme a lot of money-i never had to call customer service.. as for any customer service- i have called at@t, verizon, la cingular,sbc and every one of them puts you on hold for 45 minutes and is worthless- so i dont think vonage tech support is any worse--- i dont need to call so i am happy-- i am pissed about the stock taking a crap but hey if everyone who bought stock always got it right we would all be billionaires--- i love how people here are bragging how they called this one right- like they never have made a wrong buy in the market--- reminds me of the jerks who always win in vegas,, yeah right.. i hope vonage does well--- they have an excellent service
