customer Disservice or customer ignorance?
90% of people how call vonage customer support are computer illiterate. I have been a customer of vonage for 2 1/2 years now and I can say I love my service and won't change unless vonage goes belly up. I can honestly say I have not had a problem with my service(uless it's an internet connectivity issue.) Most people don't understand that you can find answeres to most problems in FAQ sections of the vonage website. But any ways I figured that because I do like vonage I would give them a good comment and 2 thumbs up.
