Customer Disservice

If Vonage expects to have a future, it needs to address its
Customer Support problem. Vonage has the worst customer
support of any company I have ever worked/dealt with in my life.
This is the most frequent complaint people have about Vonage
on review sites, such at CNET and many others. You have to
wonder how many people leave Vonage because of their failing
Customer Support, and how many people decide not to sign up
with Vonage because of the complaints they read/see/hear
about. Speaking for myself, I'm taking my numbers to a
different VOIP provider soon because I can't deal with the
Customer Support problem at Vonage.
