They'll have to raise prices.
How else can you cover the fees, taxes, and the expense that these "neutrality" bills will cause. And yes, if you give preference to one company over another, they historically have taken advantage, which is probably what would happen.

And if the telecoms are against it.......who else would stand to gain from these proposed laws? Sounds like a perfect opportunity to grow the government and add to corruption. No thanks, what is wrong with the way things are now?
