The Ninth ammendment grants the powers not covered in the Constitution to the states, not the people directly.

Secondly, the rights not delineated in the Constitution are left to the state governments, so just because the Constitution doesn't mention something doesn't automatically give you the right to do it. The states can regulate it individually.

The 10th ammendment clarifies this:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

So here's the deal: Any power not granted to the federal government can be regulated by the states. Just because the constitution doesn't mention a right doesn't give you carte blanche.

Again, there is no absolute right to privacy.

Better get yourself some education and stop spouting off about things you know nothing about.
