A government agency without a court order HMMMMM
Wow, does that sound familiar.
I would like to place all the blame on the corporations, but there is an abuse of power also here.
The government used its intimidation efforts to obtain the records.
They do it all the time, just check on what is turned over to the IRS, including bank deposits and other information without any due-course whatsoever.
If we attack these corporations, should we not also attack the banks and credit unions that turn over our financial information and assets to the IRS?
There is no diference her as far as I can see.
The Governement Agencies ALL abuse their power by use of intimidation, so maybe we need to look as the broader picture.
