Aluminum burns especially well. An airplan is mostly empty space. Few plane crashes involve people deliberately trying to crash them - usually the opposite.
Also, given eveything involved, the penatgon crash (which I am assuming you are talking about) was consistent with what you'd expect.
And, quite a bit of debris from the plane was recovered - something the conspiracists like to overlook.
Plus there were witnesses that saw the plane hit.
