Comcast steals telecom DSL customers

...their not just stealing from the competition: as an employee it's has to be nice to see your company aggressively maneuver business away from your competitors, it would kinda gives you the feeling that you have a pretty secure job future. Not so, I?m sorry to say for many of us at Comcast?s New Castle Call Center who sale these terrific products( RGU?s) revenue generated units.

Unfortunately, when our company does well as it has recently and in the past we simply don?t share in the wealth, now you would think they would reward those who played a major role in that first quarter, you might even expect respectable if not significant annual increases. Nope, not so, I?ve watched over the past few years as they have stolen money away from their accounts, service and sales employees on a regular basis, and I do mean to say every time a goal is met, the commission dollars dwindle. How is it that the average employee made more money three years ago then they do today?
