Symbyo Signs Outsourcing Agreement with AT&T Labs
Agreement strengthens Symbyo?s Telecom Services portfolio and expands footprint in Southeast Region.

Tampa, Florida, June. 13, 2006 ? Symbyo Technologies, a leading global information technology (IT) services firm, today announced that it has entered into an IT outsourcing agreement with AT&T Labs to work along with Microsoft Corporation Consulting Services on 10 million Dollar SOA Integration Project.

Under the terms of the contract, Symbyo Technologies will provide systems integration, application development and maintenance services for mission-critical applications, including a new Web conferencing application, a Service delivery platform, a web store, and other Managed Services.

According to the agreement reached that month, Microsoft Corporation will provide System Architecture and Guidelines while Symbyo Technologies Consultants will be responsible for the development and Testing of the applications. Symbyo will provide onsite project managers who will coordinate the work between AT&T Labs, Microsoft MCS and Symbyo outsourced developers working out of Symbyo Development Center in Cairo Egypt.
