- WHAT! Don"t you realize how much it cost for...
- having to keep tract of who is using the most of the bandwidth. They'll have to install meters on every URL. Then they have to pay someone to read the meters. Then there is billing, collection, postage and overhead. Don't forget the return on investment for all the meters.;)
