How disappointing... sad
For cell phones, I have to deal with switching from digital to analog to use a TTY. I think analog networks are compliant with Section 509 but I wasn't sure...

In my bottom side of my Ameriphone Q90-D TTY, there's a Cellular Output Select switch, which it have two values: analog and digital (beneath the word "Digital," it says TSR-121 but I don't know what that is...). The problem is, I can't tell whether the Q-90D has the switch in analog or digital, so it looks to me that the switch is hidden deep down the TTY device. This is the Q-90D I'm talking about:
