BellSouth Has Crappy Service - No Great Loss
BellSouth Consumer has been in the powder room for the last 15 years. Employees give conflicting information and are uninformed, sometimes barely literate. Management is non-responsive. Pack a lunch when you call the business office or repair. Long hold times, the same music on hold for the past 15 years, and the ping pong syndrome - you get switched from place to place, and nobody actually deals with the problem and takes care of things. Me upset with the acquisition? Naw. I live in Atlanta and I can assure BellSouth has terrible Customer Service and it is no great loss. Bring em on. Beam me up, Scotty.
