Pheonex, ahem, I mean AT&T rises from the ashes
It doesn't seem so long ago that the federal courts said that AT&T was a monopoly. What really has change? Don't tell me about the cable companies, because they are monoplies in communities were there is no compition for cable services. The FCC seems to want it both ways, allow cable to go unchallanged and set policies that pretend the phone companies are monopolies.
