- No matter what the Cel phone provider come with they are charged to much by the Digital Mafia (MPAA/RIAA) to provide it and provider need to recoop money for the infrastucture. But i america the "All you can eat" rule. So the "price point" for cell phone and features is a FLAT RATE. They should be a flat to access music and a flat rate to acces video feature (like your cable or Dish provider).
