You should be able to do that
But no, city folk complain about the smell. Why don't they look on the bright side. Got a cattle farm next door and that means you get access to beef with out the middle man. The farmer can even charge you more for the beef than the get from the packers and you still make off like a bandit with a freezer full beef. People are stupid though. They'd rather not know where thier food comes from or how it's preserved till it get to thier table.

I know some people who think super markets magically produce hamburger in the back rooms and think hamburger doesn't come from cute calves.
