Due to badcopy/paste operation in previous message, I wrote:

* band V (470-582 MHz, channels 35 to 69)

replace it by:

* band V (582-863 MHz, channels 35 to 69)

Also I spoke aboutthe abandon of band IV in US. It is of course the abandon of band V (note that band V in US was more limited than in Europe, but anyway, the top of this band (channels 61+ above 798MHz) in Europe is often reserved for 3 long-range military communication channels (leaving only 3 channels within these 9 for TV broadcasts in each country except near borders, and only 1 in practice,used by analog or numeric TV, due to the coverages of some areas by 2 or 3 emittors, the other ones being used only within their areas by low-power reemittors, to fill some reception blackholes, but impossible to useon areas at the limit of 3 long-range emittors or more foreign emittors).

Sorry for the inconvenience.
