Good luck stopping Big Brother. 911 services trade of privacy (freedom) for alledged safety is not looking so great now, eh?

With GPS in a cell phone how long before they take your location at time "a" and again at time "b" and figure you must have been speeding to get there, so they'll do direct withdrawal from your bank account for the fine.
