Can DSL handle success?

tHIS STORY IS LIE.: Phone lines are "dedicated" lines, theres no influance between one line & another, it simply how close to TELCO point it you have DSL ability, with DSL you don't even need active phone line in some cases. While on other hand cable is "shared" access & there is only so much room. Much like internet itself, when its FULL it slows down, way down.Scam stories are not good.
