DATA FIND SOLUTIONS, INC. IS NOT IN THE CELL PHONE RECORDS BUSINESS

Recent media attention pertaining to cell phone records has created some confusion as to the current status of Data Find Solutions, Inc. in that industry. Since September, 2005, Data Find Solutions, Inc. has not owned or operated any web sites. Data Find Solutions, Inc. is not in the cell phone records business, or any other data brokering business, on the internet or otherwise. Data Find Solutions, Inc. does not own or operate locatecell.com; peoplesearchamerica.com; datafind.org; or celltolls.com.

Furthermore, James Kester, does not own or operate any business pertaining to cell phone records or data brokering, on the internet or otherwise.
