I would think
that if you actually paid the 99 cents for it then it would be yours to keep. But then again you never know. It may be that it is only yours to keep as long as A.) The business that you downloaded it from is still running or B.) They were just bought out. If you were renting it and the service is no longer available then obviously you're SOL but I would think that if you paid the price for an actual copy of the song then you should get to keep it. You may have to read the fine print of that service agreement that you agreed to when you signed up for the service. You know, the one that said that they aren't responsible for your death in the event that said death resulted from the use of their products and/or services?
