When every snakeoil shover and pill pusher wants to exploit Windows to bombard us with spam, that's one thing. When an OS maker wants to exploit their own software by making a spam factory like this... >:p
Doesn't Mr. Gates realize that spam is a way to get viruses on our systems? WTF is he thinking? Has he been taking hits from a MacBong?
