Good, send spammers to jail!

Freedom of speech means joe blow sends out an email criticizing the war in iraq, for example. But he does it "without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person". See he tells people whom he is so eople can freely communicate back to him about his ideas.
Now a spammer sends out emails without disclosing his identity and it is annoying".
Good, send the spammmer to jail.
