The 'annoy' law
We actually pay these clueless people, our Representatives (note the upper case), to make life more complicated by the casual misuse of language! How many of them actually know what a blog is? How many of them actually take the time to think about something as complicated and subtle as ... the First Amendment? Let them go back to making the tax code more confusing ... that should keep them busy.
