I agree... Not a right, but I want more options...
While I understand that broadband is not free, I also realized that I am pretty much being gouged in the prices. I don't care what anyone says; in the long run, for the high speed retailers, broadband is around the same price, or cheaper than running banks of modems for dialup. So why am I paying almost 3 times as much as dialup? It's not the customer service.
I would gladly have a government broadband added to the mix. Then the big boys would either have to lower their price, or actually have good customer service. Yes, I'd pay extra for good service.
