More taking for the producers for the shiftless and lazy
Most politicians have not no understanding of what a right is. In this case what they call a right is an entitlement. A right is something an individual may exercise with or with out the permission of government. Free speech and privacy are such rights. They require nothing of me so you can exercise you right.

BUT an entitlement requires something from other members of society such as tax money. An example is heath care and free broadband service. Even if I don't want to contribute to your benefit I have to via government force. That means for you to have heath care or whatever I am force to provide tax money for. No right is associate with being dependent on others for you well being.
