I disagree.

I get queasy every time I hear someone say "driving privilege, not a right." In most parts of USA, driving equals mobility. Losing your car or the ability to drive is similar to losing both of your legs. Whether you like it or not, vehicle ownership is by and large a necessity, as is the permission to operate it in a safe and responsible manner.

Regarding the article, I can't fathom how someone can call broadband a basic human right when even in America a significant chunk of population lives in poverty and no meaningful access to healthcare (until the condition deteriorates enough that the hospital cannot legally turn you away).
