Correction
The article states that "The 2009 deadline will not affect the vast majority of Americans who already subscribe to cable or satellite TV" and "In short, only those who continue to rely solely on over-the-air broadcast stations should have to make adjustments."

Neither of these statements is true. If you have ONE OR MORE TVs not hooked up to the cable or satellite feed (in the garage, kitchen, RV, boat, workshop, etc.), this affects YOU. Even with the converter box, many or even most people will not get a strong enough signal on indoor antennas to receive digital broadcasts.
