Don't you guys actually verify any facts?
Microsoft is not "bundling" Windows Mobile 5.0 (or any other version of Windows Mobile) with Exchange. Windows Mobile is only available for each specific device as determined by the device manufacturer and/or the mobile communications provider. What Microsoft is doing is updating Exchange's mobile support to enable direct push to Windows Mobile 5.0 devices. While this may or may not violate anyones' patents, it has nothing to do with "bundling".

Oh, and just to be clear, any prohibition on "bundling" would only apply to areas in which a court has ruled Microsoft (or anyone else) has a monopoly. So it might apply to Windows, but not to Exchange.

Do you guys actually check facts, or just blindly publish allegations made by patent blackmailers?
