- Revoke the fund entirely!!!
- Why should I pay for someone who chooses to live in an isolated area? Especially now, with cell coverage able to easily bridge these gaps, we don't need to have a fund for building out landlines to remote places. It only makes sense to have the subscriber pay more if they choose to live out in the boonies.
