Choice?
I live in the middle of nowhere by "choice" to get away from the gangs and drugs that plauged the only neighborhoods I could afford to live in. Luckily a death in my family left me enough money to start a broadband wireless service out here and profit from it telecommute and home-school my children. Not everyone has this good luck. So basically we don't need to lay miles of cable use the existing power lines or deploy wireless. However if you use broadband over powerline you are interfering with the ham-radio users, and yes I had a choice but what about the farming and ranching famalies? hmmm? Maybe you should start growing your own food.
