Egalitarianism

This is about fairness and I support the measure. USF is designed to promote technology for not just a few Americans, but All Americans. As technology moves forward, the USF must be modernized. Those who are benifitting from the USf are not paying in to it, leaving the burden on a traditional telephony companies - the precise communications that the world is moving away from. As the pool of contributer shrinks, the ocean of takers grows. The USF must be modernized and this reform is fair. It is an issue of equality that I support. I believe the quote was "pay to play," and I for one will gladely do so to keep America moving forward.
