Yeah. That explains why Bush did worse in the last election with voters with 4-year degrees or higher, and better with those without. It's been the same for decades, dude. Doesn't suprise me at all that the Repubs passed an underfunded education mandate while the Dems complained about it being underfunded.

And lest ye complain that the Dems never did anything for education, don't forget "Head Start".
