No Child Left Behind
is one great big mess. If you have any teacher friends, just ask them what they think about it happy My wife works for the school system and I have yet to hear one teacher talk good about "No Child Left Behind." Not that it isn't a noble effort but like most government programs it is done half-assed with no real planning or funding.
