Corporate pimps
Corporate executives lament that the US educational system is not producing enough engineers and scientists. Ha, ha, it's because US companies don't want to pay them much money and, therefore, send their projects overseas. You get what you sow, you big dummy executives.

I find it interesting that Republicans arn't so excited about the proposal to support more broadband access. That should certainly be beneficial to their corporate pimps. I think it's the part about making college education more affordable that they don't like. That might end up producing more American-born engineers and scientists. If that were to occur, their corporate pimps couldn't use the excuse "not enough engineers and scientists in the US" when they send their projects overseas.
