- This is all obviously user error. My rep and I communicate over Windows Mobile all day and night. The phones are constantly ringing and text messages are constantly flying in and out. The entire Windows Mobile eXPerience is so powerful and awesome, that I stand in total SHOCK AND AWE as to how Microsoft does it. My rep tells me if all customers signed long term contracts like we did, Microsoft would be even better. I curse those CIOs out there without the vision and stature to sign Microsoft Software Assurance contracts.
