Confuse the issuse?!?

"Our govt is not hemmoraging money, our elected officials are refusing to restrain themselves."

Since when is our government and elected officials separate entities?

I'm happy the US deficit is less at around $320 Billion, but I consider that more of a fluke than from good planning. Tax cuts may increase consumer spending, however I have yet to see any hard facts that show it inproves the health of the economy overall, AND it definitely decreases the health of the US government.
Once again (and I don't care which party is in office; though Republicans are guiltier of this), I think the US people should insist on a balanced budget every year.
And I took:
Econ 101, 102, 111, and 112

As for the DTV, I say yes, but no time in the near future. This is just a ploy to help big business.
